Tax Due Dates
These due dates are based on a calendar year taxpayer.
Forms W-2 to employees
Form W-3 and W-2 to government
Estimated Taxes
April 15th, June 15th, September 15, January 15th (individuals who itemize should make the January 15th payment by December 31st for the state tax portion, unless AMT applies)
Payroll Taxes
Quarterly reports - January 31, April 30, July 31, October 31
Monthly P/R tax due the 15th of the following month
Sales Tax
Monthly due by the 20th of the following month
Quarterly due April 30, July 31, October 31, January 31
In the event one or more of these due dates fall on a weekend or holiday the due date is generally the next business day.
